What We Cover During the Call This session serves as a mutual discovery call to ensure our working styles align and map out a clear path forward. During our 30 minutes together, we will: Assess Your Current Setup: We will review your existing social media accounts, website goals, and visual branding. Evaluate Digital Knowledge: I will gauge your current comfort level with digital platforms to determine what level of training, support, or management fits your needs. Set Realistic Expectations: We discuss how modern social media algorithms, content strategy, and website conversions actually work so you have honest, data backed goals. Answer Your Questions: Ask me anything about my production workflow, commercial media services, or how my content creation process can elevate your business. Booking, Punctuality, and Late Policy To respect everyone's schedule and maintain a strict calendar for all clients, the following time policies apply to every session: Investment & Duration: $65 for a dedicated 30 minute session. 5 Minute Grace Period: There is a strict 5 minute grace period. If you join the call late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time (for example, a 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM call that starts at 5:15 PM will still end promptly at 5:30 PM). Missed Call & Rescheduling Policy: If you miss your call entirely or exceed the grace period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, you may reschedule your consultation for a future date and time based strictly on my availability and open calendar slots. No Refunds Policy: All payments are final. Your fee reserves dedicated calendar time that cannot be rebooked on short notice
