• Step Two, Choose Your Preferred Communication Method: Strategy calls are conducted virtually via Phone Call, FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp, depending on your location and convenience.

• Step Three, Goal Evaluation and Strategic Alignment: During our thirty minutes together, we review your digital presence, outline your content goals, assess technical requirements, and determine if my custom mentorship or production services align with your vision.

• Step Four, Custom Package Selection and Date Confirmation: If we agree that the project is a mutual fit, we select your official service tier and lock in your agreed upon dates and time slots on the master production schedule.
   

Mandatory Preparation Requirements and Client Responsibilities:

• Required Preparation and Written Question List: To maximize your thirty minute session, clients must arrive fully prepared. You are required to have a written list of specific questions, target goals, social media account links, and brand objectives ready prior to the start of the call.

• Preparedness Impact on Call Time: Strategy calls begin promptly at the scheduled time. If a client arrives unprepared or without clear goals, consultation time will be spent defining basic concepts, and the session will still end strictly at the thirty minute mark.

• No Guarantee of Future Booking or Acceptance: Booking and completing an eighty five dollar strategy consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a mentorship program, group workshop, or video production shoot. Consultation fees cover professional evaluation and advice only.

• Strict Non Refundable Service Fee Policy: The eighty five dollar consultation fee covers thirty minutes of direct, expert evaluation, strategic planning, and professional advice. Consultation fees are strictly non refundable once booked, regardless of whether either party decides to proceed with a full contract.

• Strict Thirty Minute Hard Stop: Sessions strictly conclude at the thirty minute mark to respect production and coaching calendars. Unused minutes are non transferable, and calls cannot be extended on the spot without booking a new session.

• No Unsolicited Follow Up Advice or Messaging: The consultation fee applies strictly to the live thirty minute strategy session. It does not include post call text coaching, audio voice notes, direct messaging advice, or ongoing email consultation.

• Punctuality and No Show Policy: Clients are required to be available at the exact scheduled appointment time via the chosen platform. If a client fails to attend the call or is more than ten minutes late, the session is forfeited without refund or time extensions.

• Rescheduling Requirements: Consultation appointments may be rescheduled one time only, provided written notice is submitted at least twenty four hours prior to the scheduled session time.

Patrick Blackwood Media Brand carries zero liability for third party app glitches, daily bank transfer limits, account holds, card declines, or processing delays imposed by your personal financial institution.

• Client Responsibility for Bank Fees and Charges: Clients are strictly responsible for complying with the terms, conditions, transfer limits, and transaction fees established by their own banks or chosen payment apps. Any third party processing fees or transfer costs are the sole responsibility of the client.

• Payment Clearance Required Prior to Service or Filming: Services, consultation calls, and production shoots will not commence, nor will calendar dates be held, until full payment or required balances have completely cleared. For on location filming shoots, any remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival before filming begins.

• Prohibition of Unlawful Chargebacks and Disputes: All fees paid for completed strategy calls, digital products, and delivered services are final. Initiating fraudulent credit card chargebacks or false payment disputes with your bank for services already rendered is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate collections action and legal reporting.

• Standardized Refund Delivery Method and Processing Window: In the rare event that a refund is officially approved under our contractual terms, the refund will be issued using the exact same payment method utilized during the original transaction. If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot receive funds, the approved refund will be issued via official company check sent by mail within seven to twenty one business days.
   

Do I have to pay upfront for mentorship or video shoots?
 

Yes. All virtual mentorship sessions, strategy consultation calls, and digital setups require full payment at the time of booking. For live production shoots and content creation days, a fifty percent initial deposit is required at booking to lock your date on the master calendar.

How the Fifty Percent Deposit and Payment Rules Work:

• Non Refundable Deposit: The initial fifty percent deposit secures your reserved date, locks out other clients, and covers prep work. All initial deposits are strictly non refundable.

• Remaining Balance Due Upon Arrival: For on location filming shoots, the remaining fifty percent balance must be paid in full and cleared immediately upon arrival on site, before any equipment is unpacked or filming begins.

• Rescheduling Policy: If you need to change your shoot or mentorship date, you must provide written notice at least forty eight hours prior to your session. Your deposit will be applied toward a one time rescheduled date within sixty days. Cancellations made with less than forty eight hours notice forfeit the deposit completely.

For example, restaurant features are placed on food focused channels, while barbershops, boutiques, and lifestyle brands are routed to vlog and lifestyle channels.
 

Ad Length Specifications and Flat Rate Network Pricing:

• Promotional Video Length Limits: Individual video advertisements within the continuous broadcast rotation must be a minimum of thirty seconds and a maximum of three minutes long. Submitting video clips outside these time specifications is not permitted to ensure fair rotation timing for all advertisers.

• Uniform Flat Rate Network Pricing: Package pricing remains a fixed flat rate across all network channels regardless of subscriber counts, follower metrics, or channel sizes. Placement is determined by audience relevance rather than subscriber volume, and subscriber variations between channels do not entitle advertisers to discounted rates or price modifications.
   

Billing Cycles, Late Additions, and Monthly Term Rules:

• Standard First of the Month Cycle: Rotation slots run on a standard monthly schedule beginning on the first day of every calendar month. To maintain continuous placement for another month, renewal payments must be submitted prior to the first of the upcoming month.

• Late Mid Month Sign Ups and Flat Monthly Rates: If a client insists on being added mid month after the official cycle has started, the client remains responsible for paying the full standard thirty day rotation package fee. Mid month placements run through the final day of that active monthly block without prorated discounts or partial rate reductions.

• Calendar Month Term Standard: A full monthly rotation term covers one calendar month as defined by the official calendar year. Standard monthly package pricing applies uniformly regardless of month length variations, including twenty eight day terms during February.
   

Important Technical Rules, Live Chat Terms, and Early Removal Protocols:

• Written Early Removal Protocol and Seventy Two Hour Window: If an advertising client requests early removal from the active rotation prior to the end of their term, a formal request must be submitted in writing via official email. To accommodate production workflows and administrative schedules, removal will be executed within seventy two hours of the email being opened and acknowledged. Early removal requests do not entitle the client to full partial or prorated refunds, and unused days are completely forfeited.

Patrick Blackwood Media Brand is not liable for temporary stream disruptions, Wi Fi drops, power outages, or platform technical glitches. If a technical issue drops the stream for an extended period, the exact amount of lost broadcast time will be added directly onto the end of your term, ensuring you receive your full broadcast visibility.

• Scheduled Stream Restarts and Maintenance: Periodic stream restarts, system updates, and server refreshes are necessary to maintain stream quality. Brief operational restarts fall within normal service parameters and do not count as lost broadcast time.

• No Guarantee of Viewer Traffic or Sales: While your advertisement runs continuously, live viewership fluctuates naturally based on platform traffic, algorithms, and time of day. Placement provides round the clock advertising exposure, but Patrick Blackwood Media Brand makes zero guarantees regarding specific live view counts, sales conversions, website clicks, or customer acquisition.

• Non Exclusive Shared Rotation Terms: Unless an exclusive single sponsor agreement is secured in writing, featured placements are shared within a multi business advertising montage. Patrick Blackwood Media Brand maintains sole discretion over stream ordering, montage transitions, and non competing business selections.

• Platform Policy Compliance: All submitted video media, promotional clips, and business links must comply fully with YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Patrick Blackwood Media Brand reserves the right to remove any promotional media that violates platform standards without refund.

• Complete Immunity for Public Reactions Comments and Responses: Once the caption file is emailed, Patrick Blackwood Media Brand holds zero liability or responsibility for public reactions, customer comments, audience feedback, internet engagement, or social media responses resulting from the published copy. The client assumes total responsibility for all content posted to their personal or commercial channels.

• AI Generated Copywriting Disclosure: Captions, hashtag clusters, and promotional prompts provided in this engine are created utilizing advanced artificial intelligence software systems optimized for digital marketing. By purchasing this service, clients acknowledge and accept the AI generated nature of the content deliverables.

• Client Responsibility for Accuracy and Allergen Disclaimers: Patrick Blackwood Media Brand creates copy based strictly on information submitted by the client. The client assumes total responsibility for verifying factual accuracy, dish ingredients, dietary notices, allergen disclaimers, special offer details, and pricing prior to posting.

• No Guarantee of Sales or Algorithmic Reach: While captions are engineered with strong call to action prompts and targeted local hashtag strategies, social media performance depends heavily on visual media quality, account authority, and posting consistency. Patrick Blackwood Media Brand makes zero guarantees regarding specific follower growth, post engagement rates, website clicks, or direct sales revenue.

• Digital Asset Delivery and Non Refundable Service Fee: All caption batches are delivered electronically via email. Due to the custom digital nature of written strategy assets, all sales are final once content generation has commenced or deliverables have been emailed to the client.
   

Do you travel for business spotlights or content shoots?
 

Yes. I travel nationwide and internationally for premium brand spotlights, on location content creation days, and direct client mentorship sessions. Bringing an experienced creator and media consultant directly to your physical establishment offers unmatched marketing value, including live directional oversight, real time brand positioning, high energy local filming, and hands on technical optimization at your venue.

Upfront Travel Funding and Full Expense Coverage Policy:

For all out of town, out of state, or international bookings, the client is strictly responsible for covering one hundred percent of all travel, lodging, meal, and transit expenses in full. Travel expenses are billed separately and are completely additional to standard production, consulting, and filming fees. All estimated travel expenses must be paid in full to Patrick Blackwood Media Brand prior to any travel bookings being executed. Travel arrangements will not be purchased, and calendar dates will not be locked until full travel funds have completely cleared.
 

Mandatory Travel Accommodations, Flight Standards, and Non Stop Flight Policy:

• Strict Non Stop Direct Flight Requirement: Air travel must consist strictly of direct non stop flights. Layovers, connecting flights, and multi city transfers are strictly prohibited to prevent missed connections, luggage loss, travel fatigue, and hub airport delays.

• Approved Major Airline Carriers: Air travel must be booked exclusively through major reputable commercial airlines such as Delta Air Lines or American Airlines in standard main cabin or higher. Flights on low cost budget carriers or unverified regional discount airlines are strictly prohibited.

• Preferred Flight Time Window: Flight schedules must be booked within the preferred window of ten o clock AM to three o clock PM to avoid peak traffic delays, late night airport hazards, and transit exhaustion.

• Excess Luggage and Equipment Fees: The client is strictly responsible for covering all airline baggage and excess equipment fees required to transport cameras, lighting gear, tripods, and production tools safely to and from the destination.

• Comfortable Hotel Lodging and Ground Transit: The client is responsible for covering single occupancy individual hotel lodging at safe, comfortable, highly rated commercial hotel properties. Covered ground expenses include rental cars, rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, airport parking, highway tolls, and a flat daily meal per diem.
   

Mandatory Buffer Days and Shooting Schedule Protocol:

• Pre Shoot Arrival Buffer Day: The client must fund travel arrangements that arrive at the destination location one full calendar day prior to the scheduled shoot or mentorship session. For example, if filming takes place on Monday, travel funds must cover an arrival flight on Sunday to eliminate transit delays and guarantee an on time production start.

• Post Shoot Departure Buffer Day: The client must fund travel arrangements that depart one full calendar day following the completion of filming. For example, if filming ends on Thursday, departure travel must be scheduled for Friday to allow for media offloading, exporting high resolution content files to external hard drives, equipment repacking, and final project wrap up without rushed timelines.
   

Daily Shooting Time Limits and Backend Working Hours:

• Four Hour Maximum Daily Filming Cap: A standard on location production day consists of a single four hour filming block maximum to ensure maximum creative energy, optimal lighting conditions, and high quality execution.

• Dedicated Backend Media Processing Time: Hours outside the four hour filming block are strictly reserved for post production tasks, including organizing raw media, exporting high resolution files to external hard drives, backing up footage, charging production equipment, and preparing initial content drafts. Clients do not hold access to creator time outside the official four hour production block.

• Overtime and Additional Production Blocks: Filming beyond the four hour daily cap must be requested and approved prior to the shoot date and will be billed in advance at our standard hourly overtime rate.
   

Travel Delays, Weather Immunity, and Rescheduling Terms:

• Complete Travel Disruption Immunity: Patrick Blackwood Media Brand carries zero liability or financial responsibility for travel delays, flight cancellations, train derailments, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather disruptions, or mechanical failures governed by third party transit companies.

• Client Responsibility for Delay Expenses: If transit disruptions, severe weather, or airline delays extend the duration of the trip, the client assumes full financial responsibility for any additional hotel nights, extended vehicle rentals, flight change penalties, and daily meal expenses incurred.

• Travel Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Production deposits and paid travel funds are strictly non refundable once tickets or lodging are booked. If a client cancels or requests to reschedule a destination shoot, the client assumes total responsibility for all airline ticket change fees, non refundable hotel penalties, and replacement travel costs required to rebook the trip.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and General Business Policies

  • Late Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests submitted with less than forty eight hours notice are treated as late cancellations and forfeit the entire deposit. Rebooking will require a brand new fifty percent deposit.

  • Total Cancellation Forfeiture: If a client chooses to cancel a project completely rather than reschedule, one hundred percent of the initial deposit or advance payment is forfeited to cover administrative holding fees, calendar displacement, and lost business opportunities.

  • On Location Arrival Balance Obligations: For live production shoots, the remaining fifty percent balance is due upon arrival on site before filming begins. If a client cancels on the day of the shoot or fails to provide the remaining balance upon arrival, the session is immediately cancelled, the deposit is forfeited, and any travel expenses incurred remain non refundable.

  • No Show Forfeiture: Failing to attend a scheduled virtual consultation, mentorship session, or live shoot without prior written notice constitutes an immediate no show, resulting in total project cancellation and forfeiture of all funds paid.

  • Travel and Third Party Non Refundable Costs: If a destination shoot or out of town booking is cancelled or rescheduled by the client, the client assumes total financial responsibility for all non refundable airline tickets, hotel cancellation penalties, and change fees required to rebook transit.

Video Editing, Revisions, and On Site Rules

Prior to filming, project concepts, promotional goals, and featured business details are discussed and agreed upon to ensure complete alignment between both parties.
   

  • Single Consolidated Edit Request: Packages include one single complimentary round of minor revisions. All requested adjustments must be submitted together in one single, comprehensive written email. Fragmented revision notes submitted across multiple text messages, direct messages, or separate emails will not be accepted.

  • Strict Seventy Two Hour Review Window: Clients have exactly seventy two hours from the time draft media is delivered via email to review the footage and submit their single consolidated list of minor adjustments. If no written revisions are received within seventy two hours, the video is officially deemed final, fully approved as delivered, and closed.

  • Approved Minor Revisions: Minor revisions are strictly limited to minor technical adjustments, such as correcting a text misspelling, adjusting on screen font positioning, or fine tuning audio volume levels using existing project assets.

  • Major Structural Alterations and Fee Structure: Complete creative concept shifts, changing chosen background music tracks, re sequencing video arrangements, replacing approved video clips, or adding new graphic overlays constitute major re edits. Major re edits require additional editing fees billed prior to execution.

  • No Re Shoots Under Revision Terms: Revision rights apply exclusively to the raw footage captured during the original four hour production block. Requesting new footage, fresh venue angles, or updated product captures requires purchasing a separate filming block.

  • Final Deliverable Approval Sign Off: Once your single list of written revisions has been implemented and redelivered, the project is complete. Any additional edit requests submitted after the revised file delivery will require a separate editing fee.

  • Overhead Music and Audio Protection: To prevent copyright strikes, audio mutes, or stream interruptions on digital platforms, venue owners agree to mute loud overhead copyrighted background music during active filming blocks upon request.

  • Lighting and Environmental Standards: While professional portable camera gear is utilized, clients are responsible for providing reasonable physical access and workable venue lighting. Extreme environmental impediments or unsafe conditions on site do not extend the four hour daily shooting window.

  • Timely Delivery of Client Logos and Graphics: All official business logos, promotional website links, and specific offer text must be submitted in writing prior to or on the scheduled shoot date. Patrick Blackwood Media Brand holds zero liability for project completion delays caused by missing client collateral.

  • Third Party Intellectual Property Liability: The client guarantees that all submitted logos, trademarks, graphic images, and business details provided for inclusion in promotional videos are fully owned or authorized by the client. The client assumes total legal liability for any third party copyright or trademark disputes arising from provided business materials.

  • Commercial License Scope: Finished video media is licensed exclusively for display on official client social media accounts, websites, and internal marketing channels. Re selling, sub licensing, or distributing finished video files to external television networks or commercial media entities without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
     

Media Ownership, Copyright, and Asset Protection

• Who owns the media content after a shoot?

  • Exclusive Ownership of Image and Likeness: All rights to the name, image, face, visual appearance, vocal tracks, personal identity, performance, and brand likeness of Patrick Blackwood remain strictly the sole proprietary property of Patrick Blackwood. The client acquires zero rights to sample, alter, isolate, synthesize, AI clone, generate deepfakes, or exploit creator likeness beyond the authorized finished media delivery.

  • Third Party Appearances and Venue Guest Releases: All media captured on location including venue staff, customers, location features, and background individuals is recorded under sole intellectual property ownership of Patrick Blackwood. The client holds zero independent ownership claims to crowd footage, guest appearances, or venue visuals captured during the production block.

  • Capture Device Ownership Terms: Intellectual property rights, master copyrights, and creator likeness protections apply universally to all content created during the scheduled production window, regardless of whether media was recorded on personal mobile devices, creator equipment, or client owned devices. Any promotional media generated by or featuring Patrick Blackwood remains master property of Patrick Blackwood.

  • Scope of Non Exclusive Commercial License: Upon full payment of all production fees, the client is granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to display and publish the final approved edited video across their official digital business platforms, including company social media pages and official business websites.

  • Prohibition of Resale Sub Licensing and Media Broadcast: Clients are strictly prohibited from re selling, sub licensing, syndicating, licensing, or distributing captured media to third party commercial entities, television networks, streaming services, or digital news syndicates without purchasing a formal broadcast commercial rights buyout agreement.

  • Protection Against Editing and Artificial Intelligence Manipulation: Clients may not edit, re cut, crop out brand watermarks, alter color grading, add unapproved overlays, or feed delivered video or audio assets into artificial intelligence software systems for derivative content creation.

  • Proprietary Raw Asset Vault: Raw unedited video files, individual audio tracks, project files, and unused B roll remain the exclusive proprietary property of Patrick Blackwood. Raw unedited media is not included in standard package fees and will not be transferred, delivered, or sold.

  • Legal Enforcement and Remedies: Any unauthorized commercial exploitation, copyright infringement, unapproved re editing, or likeness violation will result in immediate termination of the client usage license, formal copyright takedown actions, and legal enforcement to seek injunctive relief and statutory damages.
     

Public Feedback, Internet Immunity, and Brand Terms

• Are you responsible for public comments, shares, or online reactions?

  No. Once media content, video spotlights, or promotional posts are published across digital platforms, public reactions, audience engagement, and social media interactions are entirely outside the control of Patrick Blackwood. Patrick Blackwood carries absolute zero legal, financial, or operational liability for public comments, viral shares, screenshots, third party downloads, reposts, or internet public opinion.

  • Zero Obligation for Comment Moderation: Patrick Blackwood holds absolutely no legal obligation to monitor, filter, delete, turn off, or moderate public comments, user opinions, or social media reactions on any platform.

  • Immunity Regarding Appearance and Personal Critique: Patrick Blackwood carries absolute zero liability for negative, rude, profane, offensive, or derogatory public comments directed toward the physical appearance, weight, clothing, hairstyle, speech, age, gender, or personal characteristics of any venue owner, employee, featured guest, customer, or individual appearing anywhere in the foreground or background of captured footage.

  • Third Party Reposting, Memes, and Downloading: Patrick Blackwood is not responsible for third party internet users who download, screen record, crop, stitch, duet, meme, or re upload published content to external websites, blogs, or other social media networks.

  • Third Party Platform Control: Patrick Blackwood does not own or govern external social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok. Patrick Blackwood carries zero liability if a third party platform algorithm mutes audio, suppresses visibility, issues a shadowban, or deletes a post due to platform policy updates or malicious mass reporting by public users.

  • No Guarantee of Social Media Metrics: While Patrick Blackwood delivers premium content and expert brand positioning, social media platform algorithms, reach, view counts, viral distribution, and public engagement cannot be guaranteed.

  • Severance from Client Business Practices: Patrick Blackwood acts strictly as an independent media creator and is not a partner, investor, or legal representative of the featured business. Patrick Blackwood carries zero liability for the real world business practices, legal disputes, controversies, or customer service issues of the featured client.

  • Cyberbullying and Direct Harassment Immunity: Patrick Blackwood is entirely legally severed from the rogue actions of internet users. Patrick Blackwood carries zero liability for direct messages, cyberbullying, or online harassment directed at the client, their staff, or their business pages by public viewers.

  • Published Content Removal Terms: Once content is published pursuant to the client agreement, Patrick Blackwood is under no obligation to delete, archive, take down, or re edit published media due to negative public comments, audience critique, or client dissatisfaction with public internet reactions.
     

Client Responsibilities, Pre Booking Research, and Venue Prep

• What is the policy regarding client responsibilities, public reputation, and brand association prior to booking?
   

  By submitting a deposit, booking a shoot, or executing a commercial contract with Patrick Blackwood, the client acknowledges that Patrick Blackwood is a prominent public figure and content creator with an established, pre existing, and publicly accessible digital footprint across multiple media platforms. The client assumes total legal, financial, and administrative responsibility for conducting all desired background research, brand evaluations, and venue preparations prior to executing payment.

  • Irrevocable Waiver of Morals Clauses: The client explicitly agrees that pre existing public history, private activities, personal relationships, outside commercial ventures, adult digital platforms, or separate media content associated with Patrick Blackwood shall never constitute legal grounds for contract breach, payment withholding, deposit refunds, or agreement termination.

  • Zero Obligation of Personal Disclosure: Patrick Blackwood is under no legal or administrative obligation to disclose personal history, private activities, separate commercial ventures, outside digital platforms, or external media activities prior to or following booking.

  • Waiver of Reputational Incompatibility Claims: The client waives all rights to claim brand incompatibility, public scandal, moral conflict, or reputational damage at any point before, during, or following the completion of services. Discovery or public discussion of creator activities by third parties does not invalidate any signed agreement or release paid funds. All payments remain strictly non refundable.

  • Irrevocable Content Rights and No Forced Takedowns: Once promotional content, video spotlights, or brand features are created or published, the client holds zero legal right to demand the deletion, removal, archiving, or un publishing of media from Patrick Blackwood digital platforms based on personal background discovery or third party public feedback.

  • Immediate Acceleration of Remaining Balances: If a client attempts to cancel production, halt post production editing, or revoke location access based on personal history, outside media, or third party public commentary, all remaining contract balances become immediately due in full. All upfront deposits and travel payments remain one hundred percent non refundable.

  • Mandatory Venue Prep and Sanitation: The client is strictly responsible for ensuring that the physical establishment, kitchen, service area, display floor, and filming environment are thoroughly cleaned, organized, well lit, and fully sanitary prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Environmental Realism and Pest Disclaimer: Patrick Blackwood records the physical environment exactly as presented on location. Patrick Blackwood carries absolute zero liability if background filth, physical clutter, structural defects, active pests, insects, or unsanitary venue conditions appear in raw or final edited media. Patrick Blackwood holds no obligation to digitally edit, clone out, or cover up venue cleanliness flaws.

  • Right of Refusal for Unsafe Conditions: Patrick Blackwood reserves the right to immediately suspend filming without refund if a venue presents extreme sanitary hazards, severe active pest infestations, or unsafe physical conditions.

  • Client Responsibility for On Camera Personal Styling: The client is strictly responsible for ensuring that all business owners, employees, models, and featured guests appearing on camera are 100 percent camera ready prior to the start of the filming block. This includes complete hair styling, makeup, manicures, pedicures, clean wardrobe, and professional grooming.

  • Zero Styling Services Provided: Patrick Blackwood provides expert directional oversight and high energy video production only. Patrick Blackwood does not provide hair, makeup, wardrobe, or personal styling services on set. Lost filming time resulting from staff unreadiness counts directly against the strict four hour daily production limit.

  • Final Presentation Sign Off: Whatever physical presentation, wardrobe choices, and venue conditions are placed in front of the camera during the four hour block will constitute the official recorded material for post production editing.

  • Prohibition of Misleading Public Statements: The client agrees not to publicly claim, publish, or imply that Patrick Blackwood misrepresented brand identity, concealed public history, or induced the client into a commercial agreement under false pretenses.

  • Legal Enforcement for Defamation: Any public defamation, false claims of misrepresentation, or hostile online campaigns initiated by the client regarding the personal life or outside business activities of Patrick Blackwood will result in immediate contract termination, permanent revocation of client usage licenses, and aggressive legal prosecution for tortious interference and commercial libel.
